Called Dixon tree service around 8:00am for a cat stuck in a tree. Gentleman called me back in no time and said he would stop by to help. He showed up a couple hours later and climbed the tree , but the cat went higher so he was unable to catch him. Said he would be able to get back the next day. Prompt service and very friendly! Dixon has always done good work in my neighborhood, so we asked his team to cut down three trees recently. They did a consult quickly, and scheduled the work quickly as well. The work crew was very careful about the yard and sprinklers and left the worksite cleaner than when they came. No one wants to drop big cash on tree work, but if you've got to do it, I think Dixon is a good company to trust.

I have used Dixon Trees for two years. This year they fell 12 pine trees very close to our office, and our neighbors property. Their knowledge and expertise of falling these trees so close to a building without any damage was certainly amazing. Clean up of our property after the completion of work is also important to me. Last year I had them prune 11 trees as well as falling 2 trees. They are experts at their craft. I will definitely call on them again for any tree work.

Dixon Trees took down 3 very tall (80') trees in close proximity to each other and to our gazebo, shed, and house. It was fascinating to watch how they removed the branches then divided the huge trunks. They also cleared an area of overgrown bushes and trimmed a tree line by the house. AND removed debris that I piled up after trying to clear the bushes myself. They had to maneuver their equipment into a tight area and across our lawn and were very careful. When they were finished their clean up was totally complete - not even any leaves left. The crew was friendly yet professional. Lastly, the price was reasonable and worth it. We had had them remove a small tree before, but nothing to this scale.

This is a late review, but we were discussing doing a tree service part 2 and it reminded me I needed to put a review! Dixon Trees had removed one of our dead trees back in August. Customer service was great! Invoices, and adjusted invoice were sent quick! And they did an amazing job removing the tree. It was done so fast I felt like they were only here for 5 mins! The tree was removed with no problems, and it didn't even look like they were there! The yard was exactly the way it was before they arrived (minus the tree lol), no damage or anything. They took out 25 trees in my backyard and did it with all kinds of obstacles and hit absolutely NONE of them. There were several challenging trees that could have hit fences, my detached garage, my gazebo, our kids play set and they strategically worked around EVERYTHING causing no damage. At one point they cut a tree a giant tree and lifted it off the ground vertically before gently bringing it forward and to the ground. I couldn't believe what I was seeing, I kept thinking where is my phone to record this!?!? On top of that they were extremely professional, I honestly felt like I was hanging out with a friend when I was around Spencer. Thanks for all you did for us brother! These guys are great! Spencer and his team did excellent work removing multiple trees from our property and trimming others back from our house, and at a fantastic cost. A few weeks later, we hired them again for an emergency removal of a large oak that was half-fallen after being struck by lightning. They came out promptly for another estimate and got it completely taken care of within a day or two, again at a very reasonable cost. If we ever need any other landscaping work, we will absolutely hire these guys again.
